look book: simple bare necessities

About this look

The more and more I go out, the less excited I get about getting dressed up in skimpy sequin infested dresses that should only be worn in Vegas. This is a look I put together to go out to my friend Joy’s birthday party outing. I stuck to the basics, keeping a simple and effortless look. The center piece of my outfit was my funky new pants, my boyfriend actually talked me into rocking. The pants are the mc hammer style baggy top with a very cute draw string and cuffing at the ankles. I wore high heels to elongate my legs and draw more attention to the pants. For the top I chose to stay with a simple halter style top in black. I’m not really a jewelry person, but a few bangles add a disco flair. Also red lipstick adds color to my dark attire.

  3. hi ebony. I think the pants look a bit darker in the picture… atleast on my computer. They are like a dark denim blue color. Still dark. I think I snatched the last pair from Wish,, but if you check out the lookbook.nu link I gave I believe I say what brand they are. I’m glad you like the harem pants. They are super kawaii!
