Flashy Glam Rock …
Is how I would define the look I was going for New Years Eve. I paired a cream dress with my sequin blazer and gold gladiator platform heels. A red lip, vintage belt, glitzy gold earrings, and HUGE unique 3-finger ring made for the perfect accessories.

Right now sequins are all the rage…there are items ranging from sequin dresses, beanies, gloves…but you don’t want to over do it. A great and unique way to achieve the Flashy look without having to resort to the norm of a sequin dress is by throwing on a sequin blazer or sequin cardigan. Cream colored dresses remind me of the glam of the 40′s flapper era, especially when paired up with a sexy red lip. Gold accessories look good against ANY skintone, and platform heels are extremely sexy (and more comfortable in my opinion). The Rock aspect comes from going hard with the accessories. I recently got into creating my own jewelry, so I threw on a HUGE gold 3-finger ring I created, paired with long gold earrings I also created.
