So lemme give you a little background ——>  The first time I heard this song I was out at Halo shakin my ass, as usual, with Futurista who was doin the “Jenny Bop”.  We bumped into this cool ass guy who introduced himself as Dell a.k.a. o8o, and he asked us if we liked the song that was currently playing.  ”Yeaaaa thats some hot shyyyttt” was my response.  He then told us that he and 3 other guys named DJ Smiles, Niko, and Grip Plyaz were the masterminds behind this song……And the rest is HISTORY.

We got the chance to interview o8o, Niko, and DJ Smiles to get a feel for the ideas behind “Atlanta Bitch”

“We hear the LMFAO record while in Miami and I saw the reaction of people in Miami so it would be dope to have an ATL version and we also have every aspect of ATL covered.”  With that said, we cut the record at my crib and the rest is history.” – o8o

 “Hand and Foot.  We would walk in the club and go up to the DJs and ask them to play.  DJ smiles would break new music and has been a big help in getting this song out there.” – o8o

“MJQ is underground, nasty, dirty, sweaty, and everyone is just up in there letting loose.  Pretty girls go up in there and let loose too.  The music at MJQ has that electric feel.  El Bar, The Drunken Unicorn, The Masquerade, The W in Midtown, Cuerno to kick with o8o and Smiles.” – Niko
